Millions of women wish they could increase the size of their breasts without having to undergo surgical breast augmentation. And many have tried, with varying degrees of success. So are there any non-surgical breast enlargement methods with a proven success rate? Breast Enlargement Pumps

Many of us have heard of breast pumps that are used to extract milk from nursing mothers so it can be stored for later use. But can a breast pump be used to increase the size of the breasts?

How Do They Work?

After placing specially designed cups over each breast, women are instructed to pump the breasts for about 15 minutes each, two times a day. Manufacturers of these devices claim the pumping action causes the breasts to swell.

Does It Really Work?

Some women have reported that their breasts did increase about a cup size after use of the breast enlargement pump; however, the effects do not last. Constant use of the pump is required to maintain breast enhancing results.

Breast Enhancing Chicken Cutlets   

For about $20 a pair, chicken cutlets are an incredibly affordable option for women who want to create the illusion that they have larger breasts.

How Do They Work?

Similar to actual breast implants, these silicone inserts are secured to the breasts with the bra, creating more cleavage and the appearance of larger breasts.

Do They Really Work?

Many teenage girls have suffered the humiliating experience of being caught stuffing their bras, right? Well, the same can happen to women who wear chicken cutlets. Whether using novice tools such as tissues or socks, or more sophisticated devices such as silicone chicken cutlets, the stuffing method won't permanently resolve underlying insecurities regarding body image.

Breast Enlarging Herbs

Breast enhancing herbs can be found in various products, including creams, pills, cookies, and teas.

How Do They Work?

For centuries, cultures throughout the world have claimed that saw palmetto, fenugreek, wild yam, fennel, and pueraria mirifica naturally stimulate the growth of breast tissue. Some of these herbs mimic the effects of estrogen, while others balance hormones, thereby increasing the size of the breasts.

Do They Really Work?

While some women say they have achieved satisfactory bust-enhancing results through use of herb-based products, there is no conclusive evidence that breast enlarging herbs actually work.

How Do They Work?

Breast enlargement hypnosis CD sets retail for about $100 to $150. The names of individual CDs include "Clear Emotional Obstacles," "Power to Grow Breasts," and "Affirmations for Breast Enlargement."

How Do They Work?

According to hypnosis enthusiasts, the CDs' contents evoke "swelling" feelings reminiscent of puberty, suggest images that encourage blood flow to the breasts, and induce emotions associated with sexual arousal.

Do They Really Work?

Out of all of these breast enhancement gimmicks, this one is the most ridiculous. At least the chicken cutlets provide the appearance of larger breasts - and at a fifth of the price!
