Latisse is proven to improve eyelashes

Latisse is the first FDA approved eyelash prescription that gives you longer, fuller, and darker lashes.    Dr. Kahen is now finding that when applied to eyebrows you experience the same effect that Latisse has on eyelashes. The precise mechanism of action is unknown, although it is found that theses mechanism are thought to be involved in the development of regrowth - Bimatoprost which is the active pharmaceutical ingredient in the formulation of Latisse and is a structural prostaglandin analog, a lipid compound derived from fatty acids designed to bind to Prostaglandin receptors (PG) receptors. PG receptors are present in hair, especially in the outer root sheath and dermal papilla. PG receptors are thought to be involved in the development and regrowth of the hair follicle by increasing the percent of hairs in, and the duration of, the growth phase.
