Missing Front tooth on teen girl
I remember the day that my patient a young girl of the age of ten, was playng softball and her mothr called. She came by the office frantic with a little girl bleeding at the mouth. She had fracture her front cental incisor vertically down the root. The tooth could not be saved. The tooth was extracted. For years she had worn a flipper one tooth partial. When in braces, a false tooth was attached to the wire. Now she is seventeen and we are ready to place a maryland bridge- metal free. She will be taking her senior pictures this summer with a beautiful smile.
