The Premiere Advantage Limited Warranty (for MemoryGel silicone implants only) will cover $3500 toward the cost of replacing the implants should there be a rupture.  This offer is only good through 12/31/09.  The money would be used to cover the expense of anesthesia, the facility fee, and your surgeon's fee.
