Mentor Partners with Le Mystere Lingerie to offer a FREE Le Mystere no 9 Strapless Bra

Now, in addition to the special MemoryGel Warranty good through the end of the year, Mentor is also offering a free Le Mystere no 9 strapless bra if you get MemoryGel implants by 12/31/09.  The only trick is that there is some paperwork to fill out that has to be postmarked by 12/31/09 to get the bra.
