Skin Rejuvenation

To our dear clients,

By popular demand, we have reinstated our e-news and promotions periodical. If this message has reached you in error, please accept our sincere apologies and click the hyperlink below to unsubscribe. However, if you are interested in receiving news updates, clinical information, and special, email-only, promotions from The Gallery, we are pleased to present our new series of newsletters.

Many of you are currently using , or are familiar with the Obagi System; however, we would like to take the opportunity to remind you of the value of this pharmaceutical-based skin care system. For those of you to whom we have not introduced this system, we would like to correct our oversight.

The Obagi System is built on two prescription agents for the skin:

1) Hydroquinone—an agent that suppresses pigment production in the skin, thus evening skin pigmentation.

2) Tretinoin—a tried-and-true member of the retinol class of medications which has been demonstrated to improve fine lines/wrinkles, increase the production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, improve skin pigmentation and to have cancer prevention effects.

Also included in the system are a cleanser, toner, exfoliating agent and a high-quality sunscreen.

These agents do work well in isolation, however, they have been shown to be inferior to their combination as components of the Obagi System: “Efficacy of a Tretinoin/Hydroquinone-Based Skin Health System in the Treatment of Facial Photodamage” was published in the April 2006 issue of Cosmetic Dermatology (Volume 19 No. 4: Pages 255-261) by James H. Herndon, Jr., M.D., Thomas J. Stephens, Ph.D., and Moyna L. Sigler, Ph.D. Please see the Obagi website for further publications:

Among corrective skin care systems, particularly for rejuvenation, anti-aging, treatment of melasma and pigmentation, as well as correction of sun damage, there is no system that we can recommend more highly, for most patients, than Obagi.

If, however, Obagi is not the best means for you, we have a spectrum of active agents that we can employ to achieve your goals. Please visit, call, or email us for further information on your opportunities for success in the rejuvenation of your skin.

Also, look for our upcoming events and email-exclusive promotions in soon-to-follow newsletters.

Warm regards,
