Case 1: 1 Smile Makeovers

This patient was refered to our Reading office to improve her gummy smile. After crown lengthening it was noted she had severe decay of the left central incisor. It was decided that the prognosis for this tooth was poor and it was extracted , an implant placed and restored with a provisional crown. The third image set is how she looked after crown lengthening. The after photo is with her temporary implant crown placed that same day after we extracted the tooth and placed an implant.
