Case 2: Rhinoplasty

Patient presented with desire for both cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty. Septoplasty and bilateral spreader grafts were placed to improve the airway. Lateral crural flaps, lowering of the dorsal hump, and tip refinement was performed for the aesthetic rhinoplasty.
