Rhinoplasty Case 4 : Rhinoplasty

The patient presented with a desire for aesthetic changes to the nose along with significant airway issues. Septoplasty and repair of the internal nasal valves were performed for the functional rhinoplasty along with dorsal hump reduction for the aesthetic rhinoplasty.
