Dr. Nita Patel is a board certified dermatologist trained to treat diseases of the skin, hair and nails. She is also qualified to treat and perform skin cancer surgery. Minor surgical procedures are performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia. Moles, cysts, lipomas and benign lesions can also be removed easily. She has published several scientific journal articles and presented at scientific meetings on various aspects of skin care science. Dr. Patel works with a variety of skin care products, some of which contain alpha hydroxy acids (glycolic acid), salicylic acid, lactic acid, vitamins A, C and E, retinol and copper peptide complex. She has also developed her own line of skin care products- "Nativa Skin Care". These products were specifically designed and packaged to optimize skin care using the highest quality of active ingredients with the latest skin care technology.
