Dr. ARELLANO was first graduating Medical Doctor from Metropolitan Autonoma University of Mexico. The specialty in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery was done in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina at the Agudos General Hospital Dr. Abel Zubizarreta and the Libertador Clinic where Abel Chajchir M.D. is the director and a famous Argentinian Plastic Surgeon. The residency program provided extensive experience in Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Surgery as well as in the correction and repair of traumatic and congenital defects. Later verify studies in the countries of Brazil and Unites States of North America were he learns the endoscopic Plastic surgery and the laser techniques in Aesthetic Surgery.
