About Our Cosmetic Dermatology Practice

Dr. Joseph Terracina has a strong passion for dermatologic surgery. In 1998, he decided to bring his level of surgical care he was giving to his patients to a higher standard. He and his staff went through great effort to form the first outpatient surgical centre of its kind in Mississippi. The centre has received the high honor of accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc.

Our Regional Surgical Centre has been thoroughly and voluntarily reviewed, elevated and transformed, making it an official outpatient facility and our procedures are among the safest in the medical industry. Insurance providers recognize AAAHC accredited surgical facilities as those meeting the highest standards.

Doctor

Dr. Terracina believes totally in the work he does and in his ability to accomplish the goals he sets. Patients and their families have come to trust Dr. Terracina with their dermatological, laser and cosmetic needs. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi, and graduated from University of Mississippi Medical Center in the top 5% of his class with the highest honor, Alpha Omega Alpha. He began practicing in 1993 after completing his residency at the University of Texas Galveston Internship and Residency, which was the top Residency Program. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
