About the Practice

At Family Dentistry & Aesthetics, Inc., it is our goal to enhance both the health and beauty of our patients' teeth. Drs. Teel and Gilbert have more than 30 years of combined cosmetic and general dentistry experience, and are proud to provide the Ft. Wayne and Auburn, Indiana area with the latest dental care and technology.

Dr. Teel earned his Doctor of Dental Science degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, completed a general practice residency at the Medical College of Ohio, and has received advanced cosmetic dentistry training from the renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco. Among his many professional achievements, Dr. Teel was recently named one of "America's Best Dentists", based on a national peer review study.

Dr. Gilbert received his Doctor of Dental Science degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1995, and went on to complete extensive training in cosmetic, general, and implant dentistry. He is especially interested in the ability of dental implants to restore strength and brilliance to a patient's smile. Dr. Gilbert also volunteers at the Matthew 25 Health & Dental Clinic.
