History of Hamilton House Day Surgery
Dr. Richard Hamilton established Hamilton House Day Surgery in 1988 with a mission to provide individualized, high quality plastic surgical care. Hamilton House is a licensed
Day Hospital under Commonwealth Government regulations and has been awarded Accreditation status by the by the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS). The ACHS is the leading independent authority on the measurement and implementation of quality improvement systems for Australian health care facilities. The accreditation process ensures that our facility complies with the required Australian standards through a comprehensive quality assurance programme.

Doctors

Richard Hamilton, MBBS, FRACS, has more than 20 years experience in plastic surgery. Dr. Hamilton is an Adelaide Medical School graduate and has gained extensive experience in plastic surgery both overseas and interstate.

After returning to Adelaide, he became Chief of the Plastic Surgery Unit at Flinders Medical Centre from 1980-1995. In addition, he was the Senior Visiting Plastic Surgeon at the Repatriation General Hospital from 1981-1998.

Dr. Hamilton established Hamilton House Day Surgery in 1988 with a mission to provide individualized treatment to every patient he treats.
