The practice of JillAnne W. McCarty, MD, PhD, is committed to providing top quality state-of-the-art ophthalmologic medical and surgical care in a personalized, caring environment. This is a solo practice where the patient sees Dr. McCarty for every visit. The office is organized to efficiently maximize each patient's time with the doctor, and minimize waiting time. Whether it is for a routine annual eye exam, cataract check, or an evaluation for eye or eyelid surgery, the practice of Dr. McCarty is dedicated to understanding each patient's needs and to exceeding their expectations in providing superior quality eye care. Consistent with this goal, Dr. McCarty is a participating Medicare provider, and accepts most PPO insurance plans. We are happy to bill your insurance company for you.
