Dr. William S. Wittenborn is a board certified, fellowship trained Plastic Surgeon. He has been practicing in Fort Myers since 2003. He is chief of Plastic Surgery at Lee Memorial Hospital, and is an expert in his field. He treats complicated plastic surgery problems when needed, and supports the local Trauma Center at Lee Memorial. He is actively involved with trauma reconstruction performing procedures that few offer between Tampa and Miami. He offers these services so patients can get the care they need locally where their friends and family can support them.

Dr. Wittenborn has diverse training in Cosmetic, Plastic, Hand and Microsurgery. He was born in New Jersey, but has decided to make south Florida his home. He has authored several peer-reviewed articles and presentations. He completed an externship in Cosmetic Surgery in New York City on Park Ave at Lennox Hill Hospital, and at Manhattan Eye and Ear Institute. He participates in professional seminars and is up to date on the latest cosmetic procedures.
