About Our Dentistry Practice

Dr. Fred Fischer and Dr. Pari Samani are proud to offer exceptional general dentistry service to the Greater Portland area. With the support of their skilled team at Tualatin Dental Care, the doctors help patients achieve smiles that are as healthy as they are beautiful.

Originally from Michigan, Dr. Fischer spent time in the U.S. Air Force before settling down in Oregon. Dr. Fischer completed his undergraduate education at Portland State University and then attended University of Oregon School of Dentistry, where he graduated with his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 1976.

After graduating with honors from Oregon State University in 1990, Dr. Samani continued her studies at University of Oregon School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 1994. She spent several years with a large group practice before joining Dr. Fischer and fulfilling her dream of having a small private practice.
