Dr Isolde Hertess

Gold Coast plastic surgeon Isolde Hertess has more than 18 years of experience performing cosmetic surgery procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction, and rhinoplasty. She attended Melbourne University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in science, in addition to her medical degree. Dr. Hertess spent the next eight years receiving hands-on training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. In 1993, she obtained her specialist qualification in the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Soon after, she went into private practice here at Gold Coast Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery.

As a female plastic surgeon, Dr. Hertess brings a unique perspective to the field of cosmetic surgery and non-surgical skin care. She has a comprehensive understanding of the aesthetic problems that affect women in their younger years and as they age. This helps her to develop effective treatment plans that produce beautiful and natural looking results. In addition, many of our female patients feel more comfortable undergoing consultations and surgery with another woman.
