About Our Dentistry Practice

During your first visit, we will want to get acquainted - we want to know all of your dental concerns so that we can be sure to address them as part of our treatment recommendations. We will take any necessary radiographs (x-rays), and do a thorough examination of your teeth and gums. If appropriate, you will be able to have your teeth cleaned during your first visit. We will formulate a treatment plan that suits your particular needs, and explain both the treatment and financial details of that plan. Our insurance coordinators will help you with any insurance questions that you may have. When you arrive at our office, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health history form. You may bring your completed health history form(s) with you, or fax them to our office at (610) 363-6391.
