About Our Eye Care Practice

Primary Eye Care and Laser Vision Associates, located in Chicago, has been dedicated to the medical and surgical treatment of your eyes for over 35 years. Dr. Chander has raised the standard of patient care through constant updating of new technology and attending of continuing education classes allowing him to stay on top of the most proven techniques and equipment used to treat and diagnose conditions of the eye.

Dr. Chander is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry. He received the Ruben Seid award for clinical excellence in 1995, and is a constant contributor to the eye care profession and presented articles to major publications, consultations to other doctors and is currently writing a book on Laser Eye Surgery.
