About Our Eye Care Practice

At Rochester Eye Care, the practice of Mark
Weingarten, M.D., we offer high quality eye care,
including LASIK surgery, to patients in the northern
suburbs of Detroit and greater Michigan. When you
come to our practice, our main concerns are your
safety, comfort, and well-being. Dr. Weingarten
and our team work hard to deliver exceptional
ophthalmologic care that is personalized to each
patient's individual needs so that they can have
improved vision and a satisfying experience.

Dr. Weingarten, who is board-certified in
opthalmology, is the medical director and chief
surgeon of the Laser Center of Rochester Eye Care.
For laser vision correction, he uses the VISX Star
S4 excimer laser. In addition to LASIK, Dr.
Weingarten also offers PRK and a variety of
treatments for diseases and conditions of the eye.
We also provide routine eye care to adults and
children and are offer complete optical care in our
