About Our Dentistry Practice

Restorative Dentistry San Antonio: What sets our practice apart from others is an attitude of doing the simple, time tested things in Dentistry to help you improve your dental health. We do not jump on every bandwagon of the "new" thing in dentistry, but we use only those procedures and materials that are time tested in clinical trials. That way we keep it simple in treating you and looking you straight in the eye to say you got the best we in the profession could give you. Sleep apnea patients come to us from all over the greater San Antonio area.

I am Dr. Stanley L. Wendt, Jr. My friends call me Stan. I was raised in Houston, TX. Graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University (1971), The University of Texas Dental School at the Health Sciences Center in Houston (1975) and have a Master's from the University of Alabama Dental School in Birmingham, Alabama (1988). I have served in both the US Air Force and in the US Army reserves. I have taught dental school and have a passion for research in Biomaterials and Clinical Research. To that end I hold an appointment as an Adjunct Associate Professor in Biomaterials at the University of Texas Dental School here in the Health Sciences Center in San Antonio where I am conducting research on composite resin materials and other biomaterials used in dentistry.
