When you see yourself naked in the mirror you:
See a couple problem areas that could use some work and revise your regular workout routine to address them.
Start striking poses.
Are upset for the rest of the day and decide that you are going to starve yourself for the next week.
See several problem areas but maintain your plans to go out for pizza and ice cream with your friends.
Your typical exercise plan consists of:
Running and lifting weights three to four times a week.
A grueling two to three hour daily work-out that includes cardio and weight training.
Two weeks of working out regularly, then two months off.
Sporadic work-outs a couple times a month.
Your typical diet plan consists of:
Lots of chicken, fish, and vegetables – with the occasional food-reward day.
Lean meats and raw veggies.
Laxatives/starvation – then binge-eating.
The latest fad diet.
When you go shopping for a bathing suit, you:
Make sure you select suits that flatter your shape.
Berate yourself for not working out the glutes more now that it is bikini season.
Buy a bikini that is a size too small and pledge to eat nothing but iceberg lettuce for the next two weeks.
Decide to go home and chill after browsing the racks for 15 minutes. After all, you still have the old one piece and cover-up.
When getting intimate, you:
Focus on the person you are with.
Wish that some part of your body was bigger or smaller.
Refuse to undress without the lights off.
Keep checking to make sure no belly rolls are showing.
What is your opinion of plastic surgery?
I would not consider plastic surgery – I embrace my body as-is.
I post pics of celebrities on the fridge and look at them while doing intense work-outs. I'd consider a little tummy tuck/lipo/muscle implant to look more like my favorite celebs.
I already know which procedures I need and plan on undergoing treatment in the future.
I'm not sure if I would undergo plastic surgery if given the chance.
